CDL-A Southwest Regional Driver – Based in Dallas – Home Weekly

If you're a Class A CDL driver looking for reliable miles and weekly home time, this Southwest Regional position based out of Dallas might be exactly what you need. We've designed this fleet to keep you moving without sending you too far from home. It's a balance between miles, money, and home time, without overcomplicating things.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hauling 100% no-touch freight

• Roughly 2,000 miles per week

• 50–60% drop & hook, the rest live unload

• Average haul distance: 300 miles

You'll stay within a regional area, so planning your week gets easier. No coast-to-coast stress. Just solid runs that keep you moving and home every week.

Pay and Schedule:

• Weekly pay averages around $1,200 gross

• 34-hour reset at home each week

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours

• Breakdown/Layover Pay: $100 per day

• Performance Bonus: Up to an extra 3¢ per mile for safe and productive driving (starts first of the month after hire)

Equipment and Support:

• Trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths

• Driver Support: 24/7 operations team available anytime you need them

Time-Off Package:

• 1 year: 1 week PTO

• 3 years: 2 weeks PTO

• 7 years: 3 weeks PTO

• 15 years: 4 weeks PTO

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A license and DOT medical card

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Clean MVR and background

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening
