We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Grand Prairie, Texas client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Grand Prairie, Texas 75050
• Pay: $17/Hour
• Hours: 6:00 am- 3:00 pm; 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties: Provides product/services information to customers, builds relationships and rapport with customer accounts, handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and respectful manner, provide solutions to customers for potential problems
• Requirements: 2 years' Customer Service Experience, experience in an office setting, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Excel and Windows, warehouse experience preferred but not required, light forklift experience required
