    Compliance Specialist
    Location: Daily local travel within assigned city (Texas)
    Eligibility: US Permanent Residency is required for this role

    Compensation

    • Months 1-3: $4,500 base per month
    • Months 4-Onward: Monthly base of $2,964 + Commission
    • Total Compensation Year 1: Approximately $80,000
    • Total Compensation Year 2 Onward: Approximately $80,000 - $120,000
    • 100% Employer-paid insurance
    • Employee-Owned with Stock Options after 90 days

    Summary
    Are you an OSHA/HIPAA Specialist working in the dental field, looking for more flexibility and earning potential? This is the role for you! We are seeking Compliance Specialists across major Texas to grow territories with pre-identified business. This is focused on market development with Federally-Mandated services. You will work remotely from your home with daily travel to local client sites.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Approximately ten years of total experience, with at least five in Compliance
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA
    • Experience working in the dental field
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard Compliance-related software
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform phone outreach and B2B outreach.
    • Travel to local customer sites.
    • Research compliance content for the company.
    • Develop compliance content for the company.
    • Write and edit articles for the company newsletter.
    • Interaction with State and Federal regulatory agencies (where necessary).
    • Stay current with the industry through meetings, newsletters, webinars, and conferences.
