    Job Description

    Large Downtown Dallas Corporation is seeking an experienced customer service phone representative with 2+ years of college. This is a direct-hire aka "perm" position with full benefits: 100% EMPLOYER PAID medical, profit sharing plan, 401K plan, Year-End bonus, Free Parking, 16 PTO days and 10 paid days off for Holiday Break (Dec 24th - Jan. 1st). The 12-15 person call center is located in the corporate office of a luxury jeweler. To qualify, must have 2+ years of college and a minimum of 1 year in customer service - ideally in luxury goods or services. Must have strong math skills, ability to multi-task, possess excellent grammar (written and verbal) and the ability to compose professional correspondence. Duties include: data entry of customer information, create and proofread service estimates, relay important information to customers, process multiple authorizations and confirmations, accurately complete paperwork and forms, track shipping orders, handle customer payments, serve as sole contact person from start to finish for each of your service orders. Must be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone, in person, or via email. Successful candidates will be very professional in appearance and speech with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates will be tested on their written communication skills, basic math skills, and data entry speed and accuracy. Must be able to type 40+ wpm and be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Salary offered is $35,000 - $45,000 based on experience.
