    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Working within a team of seven, the Annual Fund (CenterStage) Concierge Coordinator supports the Broadway Dallas Development Team in the successful and efficient servicing of all CenterStage Star donors with concierge ticketing and other donor benefit fulfillment. Working within the organization's Raiser's Edge and Archtics systems and in direct phone and email communication with donors giving $1,000 or more, this position plays a vital role in helping to achieve a high donor retention rate, critical to the success of Broadway Dallas' fundraising growth. The Annual Fund (CenterStage) Concierge Coordinator is comfortable working in a fast-paced arts environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously and is at ease relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Fulfills benefits to Annual Fund (CenterStage) donors at the $1,000 level or higher. These benefits include, but are not limited to:
      • Germania Broadway series ticket purchases including subscriptions, purchase of additional single tickets, exchanges, and donations
      • Food and beverage discounts and complimentary vouchers
      • Parking passes
    • Clearly, accurately, and efficiently communicates with donors, both verbally and via electronic communication--including email and text--applicable benefits, procedures, and policies of the Annual Fund (CenterStage) program
    • Assists in annual fund postal and electronic mailings and other donor communications as assigned
    • Responds to donor inquiries through multiple channels: phone, email, postal mail, and in-person
    • Promptly coordinates the release of seating holds
    • Provides receipts for subscription and ticket purchases as required
    • Processes credit card donations/transactions
    • Documents details of donor interactions and shares information, as appropriate with Development Team members 
    • Serves as the lead and exclusive development department contact in the Membership Suite [JY1] at least one performance per Broadway engagement
    • Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:  

    • One year of associate or other entry-level full-time experience in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit arts organization, with an annual operational budget of $5 million or more
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Demonstrated organization skills including attention to calendar/scheduling of tasks and CRM data input
    • Demonstrated clear verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete assigned tasks

    PREFERRED SKILLS:  

    • One year or more of regular reporting and data entry in Archtics and Raiser's Edge including ticket and credit card processing, communications, ticket sales, and reporting.
    • Associates or Bachelors Degree
