    Job Description

    NON PROFIT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • All of our team members go through a rigorous training period in order to execute plans in a professional, integral and timely matter. With our cross training and daily meeting we ensure that all teams are working towards one same goal with the clients best interest always in mind.

    DUTIES:

    • Create brand awareness and loyalty
    • Protecting brand equity and representing brand image at all times
    • Create memorable brand experiences for consumers
    • Develop the organization's brand
    • Educating the public about the product and the brand
    • Representing the brand at key trade, media and consumer events
    • Promoting brand, sales, and marketing programs
    • Ensure retail sales associates understanding on Samsung products, brand awareness, and brand image
    • Participate and/or present in retail sales location store meetings
    • Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates, retail management, and client management
    • Conduct training to help retail sales associates better understand the product(s), increase brand awareness and brand image
    • Demonstrate passion for the brand
    • Share information on market and how can improve sales and increase Samsung brand awareness
    • Targeting and positioning of brand
    • Encourage managers to better support brand
    • Drive the brand through active sampling at both retail locations and special events
    • Promote brand and marketing campaigns to create interest with the customer
    • Execute strategies to drive overall sales for the brand
    • Create dialog through sampling/distributing product information and creating brand awareness and positive impressions
    • Implement brand portfolio tools and training

    NONPROFIT JOB DUTIES:

    • Present campaign to relevant target audiences
    • Deliver campaign knowledge in an ethical, professional, and accurate manner
    • Daily analysis of performance strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
    • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
    • Participation in campaign training, workshops, and conferences
    • Effectively train other team members if needed
    • Ambassador representation on behalf of the clients

    ​ QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to take advantage of company's travel opportunities (not mandatory, but a plus)
    • 4-year degree is preferred but exceptions can be made for the right candidate
