We specialize primarily in IRS resolution as well as accounting, taxation, income tax planning, and SMB M&A. The successful candidate will have an active CAF number and has represented at least 100 clients in tax resolution matters. You’ll advise clients on tax optimization strategies for both tax resolution and income tax planning. Responsibilities: • Advise the client on tax planning steps they can take to ensure they fulfill all tax obligations and continue to pay the minimum amount of taxes in the future • Tell clients about the tax process and what the deadlines are to make sure everything gets turned in on time • Check each tax form for accuracy and tax compliance • Analyze each client’s financial records, including their income statements and previous tax returns to calculate the amount of taxable income each client possesses • Arrange meetings to discuss tax services and give price estimates Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Can use standard tax software to make the filing process efficient • Registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and has a valid Prepare Tax Identification Number (PTIN) • Must have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field • Has handled a caseload of tax resolution cases Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000
