What We're Looking For: • Skilled and/or willing to learn in the sales service field! • Individuals who crave knowledge and are eager to establish best practices • Hardworking, committed, and motivated self-starter, who is interested in a career, not just a job • Team players who thrive working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly impact the bottom line • People who are devoted to making a positive impact on their community • An enthusiastic character who truly appreciates working with people, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: • Work with clients (in collaboration with the Dan Chin Homes administrative team) to stage, price, and market homes • Proactively respond to all listing leads/requests • Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Continually attract prospects for potential customers • Proactively work with customers, providing excellent, consistent communication • Work collaboratively with team members • Understand that market and complete market analyses to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Prospect for new clients using leads in a well-developed team database • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyer and seller or other agents to achieve client goals • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors Qualifications: • Must have a valid real estate license or be actively working towards acquiring one • Should be able to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in challenging situations • Must possess strong customer service skills and be focused on providing exceptional service • Should be an advocate for customers and their goals • Must possess excellent active listening and questioning skills to develop relationships and understand client needs • Should be open to learning new systems and technologies and implementing successful practices • Must have strong organizational and time management skills • Should be flexible and available to work weekends and nights • Previous customer service experience is required • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
