We are seeking a personable individual to work in collaboration with our buyer specialists & our clients as a Showing Assistant. We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate team in need of someone to host open house properties in the area & show clients homes that they are interested in seeing. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! This position may also include other administrative tasks, such as measuring homes. Hours vary in this position - it does include nights and weekends when our clients want to see homes. Responsibilities: Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Can spend a large amount of time driving Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Present yourself in a professional manner Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $20,000+ (part-time)
