Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license • Bilingual Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ yearly
