If you do not have your license and are not in the process of getting one please do not apply. Are you a real estate agent who loves working with home buyers? We need to fill the position of Showing Agent right now. Everybody wants each other to succeed and have a well balanced life where you achieve your goals. Responsibilities: • Educate buyer clients about the home buying process • Promote the team concept to buyer clients by guaranteeing lead agent is involved and informed at all times • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and/or home sellers to schedule showings • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. • Answer all questions clients may have regarding potential homes and the local area Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Some weekend and evening hours are required Customer service experience is preferred; a real estate background is a plus • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Strong desire and determination to succeed • Does not mind being out in the field with clients Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 at plan commission
