This position would be the perfect position for someone looking to start in Marketing or Real Estate as a career and wants to get their foot in the door.  Responsibilities: Some of the tasks required for this role include and are not limited to: • Advertising properties, events, team brand, etc. • Social Media Marketing • Graphic design • Event planning • Work on all marketing for team events, open houses, and new listings • Maintains website included all content and tracking • Edit and optimize all marketing campaigns Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License • MUST LIVE WITHIN A 30 MINUTE DRIVING DISTANCE OF ORLAND PARK, IL • Reliable vehicle for transportation • Real Estate knowledge and interest a bonus but NOT required • Flexible availability/hours • Must be able to work independently and on the team • Open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Experience with Facebook paid advertising a plus • B.S./B.A. in Marketing or related majors (or working towards a degree preferred) • Some College or professional equivalent preferred
