Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home, auto, business or financial services insurance policies.
Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Manage a team at our insurance office to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Knowledge within the insurance industry.
Excellent computer, interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to explain complex information to clients.
Ability to analyze data and provide appropriate advice.
Ability to follow all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Successful track record of selling P&C insurance, life and living benefits products and meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property & Casualty license (OTL-must have)
Life & Health license (LLQP-must have)
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field.
3-5 years sales experience.
3 years management experience
5 years in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of financial documents.
Currently OTL and LLQP licensed
