Job Description

STERN & ASSOCIATES A TAX PREPARATION FIRM IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ENROLLED AGENT, CPA OR CTEC TO INPUT AND COMPLETE THE TAX RETURNS FOR REVIEW. THIS POSITION REQUIRES LACERTE TAX SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A IN OFFICE POSITION. FULL TIME, PART TIME AND SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Complete and accurate data entry in a quick and efficient manner.

• Advanced level skills/knowledge in Lacerte Tax software.

• Advanced level skills/knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. • Advanced knowledge on tax law and CA tax law for all business and personal returns.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

• Organized. • Ability to work on their own/figure things out independently. • Takes initiative. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years-experience in tax preparation with Lacerte Software. • Enrolled Agent, CPA or CTEC.
