    ABOUT THE COMPANY

Dananza enables businesses to reach their customers through a simple, open marketplace. Sellers, known as Adzas, create seller profiles with listings for each of their social media, blog, and podcast channels. Buyers can filter through Adzas using filters on demographics, interests, price, and more to find the best medium to reach their customers. With Dananza, all businesses can grow together.

Dananza is an early-stage startup based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our mission is to empower small businesses to be able to take advantage of modern-day technology. The solutions we provide are always focused on simplifying the lives of entrepreneurs because managing a business is time-consuming enough. Our team is small but rapidly expanding across the country.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

As a marketplace, the best experience comes when many businesses are able to find many sellers, no matter what they're needs might be. While many small businesses are technology-averse, it's our job to show them the simplicity of shopping on our website. In addition, with so many options for influencers out there, it is our job to get them to see the value our site provides over all the others.

Our 12 Week Business Development Internships will teach you to understand the needs of both Influencers and Small Businesses and find how we can satisfy those needs with our marketplace.

The ideal candidate is driven, curious, and has a genuine care for helping others. We will be rapidly expanding our business so there is a high-need for someone that can prioritize their day to lead the best results. Some common tasks will include:

    • Researching and gathering information on potential market participants
    • Building relationships with customers to identify opportunities
    • Helping to identify ways to engage consumers and build rapport
    • Analyzing personas for use in creating marketing materials

The goal is for the intern to learn what key challenges come with entrepreneurship in both small business and startups. They will develop their interpersonal skills and become more analytical as they discover trends in the ways people engage in commerce.

This position is 100% remote and requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week. Hours can be completed on weekdays and weekends as well. Monthly competitions will be held to win gift cards and other prizes based on performance metrics.

At the end of the 12 weeks, successful interns will receive offers for full-time employment upon graduation with the option to work part-time during the school year. Equity in Dananza will be granted to the interns that perform best in a range of KPIs.

If you're looking for an opportunity to grow, learn, and challenge yourself, we would love for you to apply and come on board. Startups are the most rewarding places to work as you learn how to power through anything.
