About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Arthur Murray Dance Studios of Northern NJ as a Dance Instructor! No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for dance and a desire to inspire others. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach various dance styles to students of all ages and skill levels.

Create engaging and dynamic lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.

Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive.

Participate in studio events and dance showcases to promote student progress.

Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their goals.

Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the overall learning experience.

Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

Requirements:

Passion for dance and teaching, with a willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Basic understanding of dance terminology is a plus but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
