As the original dance empowerment studio, our goal is to empower our students as a whole through their bodies, minds, and beautiful hearts. We are looking for a passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated studio manager to add to the Bella Ballet family for our 2025-2026 season! As a studio manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio. In addition to a manager role, you will be teaching classes for ages 2- adults in various styles including Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Acro, and Contemporary. Qualifications: • 3+ teaching experience is required. • Prior management experience is required. • A strong dance background is required. • Bachelor's Degree. • Excellent communication skills. • Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive. • Patience, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
