At Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet, we are more than just a dance studio. As the original dance empowerment studio, our goal is to empower our students as a whole through their bodies, minds, and beautiful hearts. We are looking for a passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated studio manager to add to the Bella Ballet family for our 2025-2026 season! As a studio manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio. In addition to a manager role, you will be teaching classes for ages 2- adults in various styles including Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Acro, and Contemporary. Benefits of Working with Bella Ballet & Empower by Bella Ballet • Collaborative and supportive community of teachers and staff • Incredible community of families and students • Training and guidance are provided for teachers • Community and philanthropy-oriented • 11 years of success under our belt, providing high-quality dance education and customer service • Co-teachers in every class provide support for students and teachers • Detailed curriculum provided to set teachers up for success • Fun staff activities and team events Responsibilities: • Inventory and order studio supplies needed. • Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and functional. • Complete various administrative tasks daily. • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families. • Ability to maintain professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment. • Ensure classes run smoothly • Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students. • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families. • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. • Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement. • Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines • Provide a fun and creative environment. • Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed. • Light cleaning in between classes. • If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement. Qualifications: • 3+ teaching experience is required. • Prior management experience is required. • A strong dance background is required. • Bachelor's Degree. • Excellent communication skills. • Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive. • Patience, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
