    FINALLY - a position that combines your love of kids and your customer service skills! Dance To EvOLvE is looking for a part-time Dancing Support Expert who can help with administrative support in all three of our cities: Cleveland, Chicago and San Diego. The position is work-from-home and would ideally be located in Cleveland, but we are flexible for the right person.

    A BIT ABOUT US: Dance To EvOLvE is a mobile children's dance company, and is unique as we don't have ‘one' studio. Through our great teachers, we offer high quality classes in recreation centers, schools and other venues all around Cleveland, Chicago, and San Diego. We have specialized in ages 2-12 years in ballet, tap, and hip hop since 2008. We are a team who love what we do and love the dancing kiddos!

    Our mission is to evolve our students through dance while creating heart-warming smiles! We have a vision to become the #1 choice in children's dance classes! (You'll see from all the exclamation points that excitement, bubbliness, and high energy is key around here.)

You understand that running a children's dance company is not always about tutus, but requires dedication to the business and the students. If this is you, we have an amazing one-of-a-kind opportunity where you can thrive!

    THE BASICS OF THE ROLE:

    • 8-12 hours per week, starting at approximately 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday for 1.5-3 hours per day. Potentially more hours depending on the season. 
    • Customer service support with emails, calls and texts
    • Data entry with weekly enrollment tracking, updating rosters
    • Follow up on any missing information with families
    • Proofreading brochure details
    • General admin projects as needed to support team and/or Director
    • $14 per hour starting, with bonus potential based on class enrollment
    • Work from home, but with a great supportive team!

    (Yeah, this section got a bit more serious, but we are also looking for hard workers who want to grow with the company.)

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Customer service experience
    • Comfortable with technology, as we use a lot of different computer programs
    • Understand how to wear a lot of hats and can change priorities as needed
    • Aligns with our mission, values and goals
    • Your own computer and phone
    • Experience working with families and/or young kids is a plus!
