Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS)
- Washington State Certified Dietitian (CD) or Certified Nutritionist (CN)
- At least 1-2 years of post-internship work experience as a RDN or CNS
- Some kind of education or training in integrative & functional nutrition with eagerness to continue to learn
- Fat Positive/ Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned
PREFERRED:
- Nutrition degree from an integrative & functional nutrition program
- Completion of a comprehensive integrative & functional nutrition training program
- Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT)
- Other certification (i.e. CDCES, CSP, etc.)

- Have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Have high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, with the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality regarding clients and practice
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in nutrition counseling approaches and modalities (i.e. motivational interviewing), intuitive eating, and MNT
- Be self-motivated and self-directed
- Be excited to help grow our offerings
