Punch-Out Contractor

We’re hiring a Punch List Contractor to ensure each finished building/unit is of the highest quality! You'll help our project manager in quality control, inspecting progress, scheduling final punch-out items, and following through with customer warranty issues. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the project manager with any other duties as needed for the entire project
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries as needed
• Prioritize and multitask to complete the jobs in a timely manner
• Take initiative and be held accountable
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Excellent Communication with managers needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
• Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall repair knowledge
• 2-3 years of experience in Residential Repair Construction
• Necessary tools to complete repairs and installations
• Teamwork is a priority. Must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working evening and occasional weekend hours
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation are required
• Pass a background check
• Must possess a mobile phone with internet access
