Our location is rapidly expanding and we are looking for a customer service oriented mortgage receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and associates. The ideal candidate will have office experience, as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant and excellent multitasking and communication skills. Knowledge of mortgage loans is not required but it is certainly helpful! Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and clerical duties for the mortgage team as needed Communicate effectively with mortgage lenders, clients, real estate agents, and loan processors throughout the mortgage loan process Manage front desk receptionist duties such as faxing, sorting incoming mail, handling phone calls, and greeting clients in a professional manner • Manage tracking of all loan applications by sending follow-up emails to applicants and applicants agents • Provide friendly support to teammates, applicants and agents in a professional, timely manner • Document communication with each applicant and make Loan Officer aware of all communication • Manage Loan Officers calendar to coordinate phone appointments for submitted applicants • Track closed loans to send closing gifts to borrowers • Create contact cards for borrowers once they have been pre-approved and submit to the team • Additional tasks and duties will be assigned by the Loan Officer Qualifications: Basic mortgage industry, mortgage services, or real estate knowledge and experience is helpful, but not require Superior customer service, computer skills (especially Microsoft Office), and excellent communication skills are necessary GED or high school diploma is required Must be able to multitask, time-manage, and pay close attention to details Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office receptionist is needed Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
