    To help with this, we're looking for an Account Executive – someone who can bond with the client, bring cross-channel marketing programs to life, and assist in building and rolling out presentations that stun clients with creativity, vision and eloquence. 

    Essential Functions

    • Serve as the primary client contact
    • Direct and coordinate the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf on the client
    • Primarily responsible for the initiation and execution of all marketing, creative, media and research projects for assigned accounts
    • Maintain strong, lasting client relationships
    • Manage work starts and accurately maintain project timelines; communicate project changes to the team in an effective and timely manner
    • Manage billing activity for assigned accounts
    • Develop creative briefs
    • Develop and maintain client status reports
    • Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement products to help achieve client goals and grow the business
    • Demonstrate passion for the client's brand – keeping an up-to-date understanding of the economics behind it, the customer and competitive insights that go into it, and the marketing strategy/channels that drive it

    • Impeccable organizational skills
    • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines are often changing
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Demonstrated track record of client relationship, development and service
    • Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization
    • Strong digital knowledge (display, SEM and web development)
    • Strong interpersonal/communication skills

    Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Advertising or similar program
    • At least 2 years agency experience in Account Services
