Responsibilities
Our family is looking to hire a part-time babysitter for our two girls (11 and 6) from approx 3 - 7pm Monday - Friday (we have some flexibility on the timing). We are seeking an energetic, caring person who truly enjoys spending time with kids. The applicant will be responsible for picking up our youngest child from school, engaging them with fun, developmentally-appropriate activities, keeping us updated on events throughout the day and alerting if there are any problems. Experienced driving in a Washington DC preferred, though the school is walking distance from our house. We live a 5 minutes walk from Eastern Market metro station. Babysitter must be able to work legally in the US. The pay is $20-/hour.
