    Summary/Objective We are seeking a Logistics Analyst for our Supply Chain Logistics Team. The candidate should have professional ERP/MRP experience and excellent oraland written communication skills. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude.

    Assist/manage the initial setup of high volume shipments to and from multiple locations to timely and accurate shipments.

    Implement systems, process, configurations, and change/optimization projects in accordance with plans.

    Develop/manage KPIs to improve third-party logistics, material and service providers’ performance.

    Issue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested including production planning, logistics management and cost reduction opportunities.

    Pull data from internal Dynamics. Analyze, compile, and publish reports and metrics for the supply chain team.

    Manages booking and coordinating the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/export within expected requirements and provided solutions.

    Cross-functional team duties including logistics, purchasing and planning to determine short-term and long-term strategy.

    Some clerical and administrative duties associated with shipping and receiving.

    Competencies

    Shipping: familiar with LTL, FTL, parcel, LCL, FCL -domestic and international documentation: bills of lading ( truck, ocean and air and parcel)invoices, proforma and commercial, certificates of analysis and origin, Shippers Letter of Instructions, HTSUS, 10+2, SED, basics of import and export requirements.

    Understanding of INCOTERMS

    Receiving: BL & Pack List on all receiving: COA/SDS/INV when needed

    Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.

    Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

    Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.

    Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a production office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes and odors. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.     Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    Required Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent of experience.

    3+ years of professional experience in shipping and receiving , supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in logistic management or related field.

    Product knowledge and familiarity.

    5 years of experience in purchasing and materials control.
