Danville requires that applicants for driving positions have an insurable driving record upon hire and throughout employment. Eligible drivers are at least 23 years of age with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three years, or at least 25 years of age with no more than four (4) moving violations - OR one (1) accident plus one (1) violation - within the last three years. No driver of any type may have any major conviction within the last five-year period. Staff must have a clear background check with no felonies.
