What’s in it for you: • Work in an energetic, team atmosphere where everyone treats one another as a family • The best administrative support • New Agent Sales Training/Mentor Program Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate increased sales. • Provide World-Class customer service to clients to ensure high satisfaction, trust, and increase sales volume. • Oversee entire client experience from first-meet to transaction close - ensuring quick, seamless, and excellence in service delivery. • Become a local expert - keep up with neighborhood and area knowledge to provide expertise, answer client questions, and provide assistance about the surrounding community. • Perform consistent lead generation and lead followup to grow sales pipeline Qualifications: • Ability and willingness to learn new tools, systems, technology, and techniques to increase lead generation, capture, conversion, and sales volume • Exceptional Interpersonal / Communication Skills • Previous Sales or Service Experience with a demonstrated work ethic • Demonstrate good organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills • Current Driver's License with reliable personal transportation Compensation: $80,000+ at plan, commission
