As a Customer Care Specialist, you will handle a variety of customer service inquiries including providing product and service information, resolving product and service discrepancies, answering questions about shipments, price descriptions and accounts receivables. You will also be responsible for:
Answer and handle incoming calls and emails, responding to customer questions in a prompt and courteous manner
Process and track backorders, special orders, returns, credits and payments
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls to vendors to help solve issues or obtain additional information
Interface with customers via our website – Live chat and email
Promote product offerings, vendor specials and promotions to customers
Build relationships with key decision makers over the phone
Document all customer interactions in SalesForce
Prior customer service or sales experience, preferred
A passion for providing exceptional service, building relationships and achieving goals and objectives
A strong desire to grow with a company
Dental industry experience, preferred
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with our valued customers
You should be solutions driven with excellent follow up skills
