We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our insurance products to potential clients. Responsibilities: • Assist customers in understanding their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. • Generate leads and actively promote our insurance products to potential customers. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable coverage options. • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers based on their individual needs. • Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. • A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions. • Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. • Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Compensation: $75,000
