Job Description
ENERGETIC, CARING AND OPEN MINDED CLINICIANS WITH A PASSION FOR CARING . CANDIDATES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLIENTS THEY SEE FOR INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY OR GROUP THERAPY. WHILE DOING THIS THEY WOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Provide a therapeutic environment that engages and encourages clients to participate in sessions to address various issues.
2. Support, encourage, and promote mental health stability and well-being.
3. Supports clients in obtaining a reality-based perspective of their environment by helping to correct obvious distortions.
4. Supports clients in the development of social supports including friends, family, members of the community, and service providers in order to promote positive interactions.
5. Supports clients in establishing and developing self-esteem by identifying existing and emerging positive characteristics, traits, and contributions.
6. Provides a culturally sensitive therapeutic milieu that allows clients to identify and deal with their specific concerns.
7. Supports clients in the development of communication skills, social skills, problem-solving skills, and coping skills.
8. Supports clients in identifying and meeting basic needs including, medical and psychiatric care, etc.
9. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
10. Will provide documentation for all services provided. Documentation will be submitted in our Electronic Health Record in a timely manner .
11. Conducts intakes as assigned.
12. Will participate in activities and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Clinicians experienced with adults or children
Individuals must be independently licensed in Maryland to provide therapy/counseling services.
ie: LICSW, LPC, CAC

Prescribing clinician onsite for referrals that need medication management
We are building a team of clinicians who are eager to work together to ensure clients have collaborative care. Each member of the team will benefit from peer reviews, peer supervision and focused sessions to enhance client care and clinical skills.
These positions are contract with varying payment structures that will be discussed during the interview process.. Ideal for someone seeking to moonlight, work a few hours per day or five days per week.
Office hours will be 9:00am-5:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
some late evenings up to 8pm
Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am-7pm and one Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm per month.
