DARK CUBED SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT  

Dark Cubed is an easy-to-use cyber security software as a service (SaaS) platform that deploys instantly and delivers enterprise-grade threat identification and protection at a fraction of the cost. We help companies improve security and save money by reducing complexity, designing new workflows, and improving data quality.

THE POSITION

Dark Cubed is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to help generate new client relationships and assist in maintaining existing ones. This position will be partially remote with some mandatory days in office weekly. 

•  Generating new leads through digital media, phone calls, networking, and in-person events.
•  Assisting the Dark Cubed Marketing department with blog writing, proof reading, designing new marketing materials, and running digital advertising campaigns.
•      Assist in maintaining our Client Relations Management platform (SugarCRM) through adding new leads in, updating existing leads as the client relationship progresses, and tracking new deployments and billing.
•      Conduct detailed research into the Managed Service Provider market in order to facilitate new lead generation.
•      Assist generating client reporting using Tableau (No prior experience required, training will be provided)
•      Occasional travel to conferences, networking events, and security events both nationally and internationally
•      Assist with various administrative tasks including payroll, HR, account provisioning
•      Interface with new and existing clients in order to aid in client retention and provide additional opportunities for Dark Cubed deployments.

QUALIFICATIONS

•      B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree (Liberal Arts majors preferred)
•      Excellent written communication skills 
•      Basic ability to use Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
•      Attention to detail
•      Customer Service experience preferred but not required

SALARY $30,000 - $35,000 DEPENDING ON SKILLS AND education
