Since 2007, Dark Heart Nursery (DHN) has specialized in cultivating high quality clones for growers across Northern California. Our years of experience allow us to produce premium clones from both popular and emerging genetic lines that perform well in a variety of settings.

The logistics associate will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will be responsible for processing, checking, verifying, and keeping an accurate inventory of all products in the sales room.  The role will require a detailed oriented person who lives to be accurate. In this role you will track, brand and prepare product for delivery in a timely and safe fashion. As an internally focused role you must be able to get along with all staff as you will be interacting with each department.  You will ensure shipping and receiving functions are completed in accordance with Dark Heart standards and procedures.

You will be joining a highly motivated team that work in the fast paced cannabis industry. Applicants must have at least two years of operations and 1 year cannabis experience. Applicants must be at least 21, and able to pass a background check.

• Prepare customers final orders once received from inside sales

• Build boxes

• Oversee quality of product

• Reject damaged goods and correct or refer problems accordingly

• Water stock as needed

• Clean and sanitize work area

• Continuously look for ways to improve daily processes

• Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well maintained

• Ensure products are ready for delivery on time

• Promote goodwill and convey a positive image for Dark Heart.

• Follow safety and quality standards.

• Basic computer literacy and database management
