Summary

The successful candidate will leverage their extensive technical targeting and operational skills and experience in support of the customer's mission.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities

• Leveraging technical, targeting, and analytic skills and experience to obtain, thoroughly analyze, and exploit large data sets in support of the customer's mission
• Working with technical and non-technical groups within the department to help them understand and best leverage newly obtained datasets
• Designing and implementing innovative ways to analyze and exploit the customer's data holdings
• Solving difficult, non-routine problems by applying advanced analytical methodologies, and improving analytic methodologies
• Proposing new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities
• Working with partners to build relationships, drive complex operations, and keep momentum with minimal oversight
• Performing all-source analysis in support of the customer's mission
• Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners and customers as needed

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

• Significant demonstrated technical targeting, CI, CT, and/or operational experience applicable to the customer's mission
• Significant demonstrated experience using SQL, Python, or other coding/scripting languages to query and analyze large datasets
• Significant demonstrated effectiveness in collecting and analyzing both technical and non-technical datasets, particularly without the use of a customer database or other widely-used solution, and accurately representing them to both technical and non-technical parties to build understanding
• Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared data analysis and briefings
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
• Experience searching, reading, and comprehending information using key analytic/targeting tools
• Exceptional judgement in support of questions generated from customer's data holdings
• Strong technical understanding of Elasticsearch, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, and related technologies
