INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS DESIGNER - MID AND SENIOR 

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking to fill multiple Instructional Systems Design (ISD) positions located at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, DC. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A TS/SCI CLEARANCE (CI POLYGRAPH PREFERRED).

Responsibilities

• Support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) in the areas of learning development and online content development.
• Create a design plan to include phases, milestones, and instructional media
• Assisting SMEs in the creation of master lesson plans
• Creating storyboards
• Developing and evaluating student assessments
• Develop courses using Adobe captivate

Requirements

• MID ISD: Minimum of three years' experience working withing with DoD training programs
• SENIOR ISD: Minimum of 10 years' experience working with DoD training programs
• Knowledge of the ADDIE model
• BA/BS degree

Desired 

• Adobe Captivate experience
