FULL-TIME POSITION WITH A NEWPORT BEACH-BASED INVESTMENT COMPANY.
Our team is focused on achieving our goals in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for our newest team member to be able to learn and grow with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All accounting functions including cash receipts, accounts payable, brokerage account reconciliations and cash account reconciliations in QuickBooks and Quicken.
- Calculation of intercompany interest payments monthly and quarterly.
- Updating various periodic analysis and ad hoc reports.
- Helping to prepare annual budgets for a handful of operating entities.
- Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to the following: Ordering supplies, filing, phones and mail processing.

- Aptitude for multi-tasking
- Must be dependable, exercise good judgment and utmost discretion
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient in Quicken; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Detail oriented
- 5+ years of experience
Salary is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include medical, two weeks of paid vacation, and matching 401-K. References required and offer is contingent on drug test and background check.
