We are expanding our HQ team in Irvine, CA (USA) and are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to guide the development and deployment process of a decentralized finance application. The ideal candidate is a self-inspired individual who is passionate about blockchain technologies' disruptive potential and is proficient with standard DevOps pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze, automate and improve development and release processes
- Collaborate with the engineering team to manage source code using Github
- Manage version control, continuous integration servers, configuration, deployment automation, continuous testing and monitoring
- Integrate secure development best practices into development and deployment processes
- Test code, processes, and deployments to identify problems and minimize errors
- Maintain servers and databases for functionality
- Document and write server side features specifications
- Install, configure and maintain IT solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of DevOps experience
Exceptional technical communication skill
Proficient in a server-side language of your choice (preferably Node.js or Python)
Proficient with Web Services & Hosting on AWS
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Bonus: AWS Associate Certification or higher
Bonus: Experience working with Blockchain technologies
Bonus: Experience developing financial or social apps
