    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our COVID-19 Testing Site response team as an Area Manager. Known internally as a 'City Manager' this person will be responsible for overseeing multiple pop-up COVID-19 testing sites city-wide. Dascena is a leader in healthcare developing tools and solutions that solve challenging healthcare problems. Our suite of machine learning algorithms are used across the nation to assist healthcare systems in predicting conditions like sepsis, AKI, and decompensation.  

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team to fight COVID-19 in your city via a pop-up testing site program.
    • Oversee city office staff of 5 people and 2-4 testing site managers.
    • Solve issues to make your city function smoothly.
    • Manage day-to-day operational goals.
    • Assist with training the on-site staff and implementing Dascena protocols and procedures.
    • Communicate with Regional and National leadership to provide insight about testing sites.
    • Maintain staff schedules and site metrics.
    • Hire and develop new site teams to meet regional and city goals.
    • Maintain health and safety compliance of the city/state.
    • Maintain and cultivate relationships with city site facility owners.

    Qualifications:

    • Education 
      • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
      • College degree or equivalent a plus.
    • Experience
      • 2+ years of experience in a management role.
    • Skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
      • Ability to motivate others and work as a team.
      • Cool under pressure and ability to resolve conflicts.
