    JOB TITLE: Citi Solutions Center (CSC) Global Analyst (C10)

    JOB BACKGROUND/CONTEXT: The Citi Solutions Center (CSC) Network oversees a number of large sites at Citi driving a common strategy, operating model, effective employee engagement programs and management practices to optimize our talent and ensure the effective and consistent management of its resource and location strategy. This position is in support of the overall operating model for the CSC Network strategy, will perform advanced analytics on critical global data, and will report directly to the CSC Network's Business Strategy, Planning Lead.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work closely with CSC leadership to define the go forward strategy and operating model for the CSC Network
    • Support data analytics and implementation of automation tools and solutions to further digitize data and advance the network and upgrade the analytic capabilities through implementation of Power BI type tools and higher functioning SharePoint sites
    • Work closely with Regional Analysts to support programs and projects aligned to CSC goals and objectives
    • Support employee engagement strategies and workforce of the future strategies
    • Maintain a strong understanding of CSC Network metrics and drivers with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations based on results
    • Support annual site maturity assessment process to gauge progress and drive actions
    • Reporting and Metrics Analysis: Manage all aspects of CSC Network's reporting program, inclusive of but not limited to:
    • Perform data and trending analytics related to human capital, site management, survey reporting, and infrastructure metrics
    • Develop/enhance tracking and reporting system to facilitate the sites and regions' timely completion of tasks and deliverables
    • Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
    • Develop appropriate templates and schedules to collect data supporting metrics reporting program
    • Perform testing and ad-hoc reports and updates for key stakeholders
    • Support all aspects of the mid-year and annual site self-assessment and calibration process
    • Perform VOE and other employee engagement analysis
    • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
    • Suggest and deliver new systems and system improvements
    • Contribute to the effective data governance of business data including data quality, data management, and risk management surrounding the handling of data.
    • Interact with and present to key stakeholders
    • Data/Document management : Maintain data and document repository tools such as SharePoint and other web-based applications to enable effective communication and information access control and to reduce email traffic volume
    • Communications: Help to facilitate key senior leadership meetings and interactions through the preparation and dissemination of memoranda, presentations, meeting minutes and general stakeholder updates
    • Share best practices and promote an environment of continuous improvement
    • Working across various functions, geographies, and organizational levels, proactively support and assist with the advancement of all work streams relevant to the successful accomplishment of the organization's goals

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in business, data analytics
    • Must have US work authorization, this position is not sponsoring visas
    • Direct experience in analyzing data, developing data collection strategies and reporting key insights; advanced Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Experience using Power BI or similar dashboard tools, SharePoint 2010
    • Strong time management skills and proven analytical/ problem solving abilities
    • Good program management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal),
    • Ability to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines and conflicting priorities
    • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
