    About the Role The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming operational and clinical data into meaningful insights that support leadership decisions. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, supporting a growing organization that values clarity, accuracy, and accountability.

    This position is best suited for someone early-to-mid career who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    Develop and maintain recurring operational and performance reports

    Analyze trends related to productivity, utilization, outcomes, and efficiency

    Translate complex data into clear dashboards and executive-ready summaries

    Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and sources

    Business Intelligence & Support

    Partner with leadership to define metrics and KPIs

    Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects

    Identify data gaps and recommend improvements in data collection

    Assist with forecasting, workforce metrics, and operational modeling

    Systems & Tools

    Work with Excel, reporting tools, and databases to extract and analyze data

    Support integration and optimization of reporting workflows

    Document data definitions, logic, and reporting standards

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field

    2–4 years of data analysis or reporting experience

    Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)

    Experience building dashboards and recurring reports

    Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

    Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in healthcare, home health, or services-based industries

    Familiarity with EMR, HRIS, or operational systems

    Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

    SQL or database querying experience
