Job Summary:

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to start a career in data analytics. Responsible for working closely with our team to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collects, cleans, and organizes data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Performs basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Assists in developing and maintaining data processes and systems.
• Collaborates with team members to support data-driven decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned to support the team’s analytical needs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R is a plus, but not required (willingness to learn is essential).
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Security-minded approach to handling data and ensuring confidentiality.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision depth perception, and ability to focus.
