    Position Overview:

    As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing performance data from various media campaigns, creating predictive models, aggregating and manipulating large data sets, and visualizing insights in a way that is easy for clients and stakeholders to understand. You will collaborate closely with the media buying team to ensure data-driven decision-making that enhances our clients' campaign performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze Performance Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various media campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform campaign strategies.
    • Create Predictive Models: Develop and maintain predictive models that forecast media performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
    • Data Aggregation and Manipulation: Aggregate and manipulate large data sets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
    • Data Visualization: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau , Power BI , or other data visualization platforms to communicate complex data insights in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders. * Design Interactive Dashboards: Build interactive dashboards in Tableau that provide real-time insights into campaign performance, allowing teams to make data-driven decisions quickly. * Storytelling with Data: Use data visualization techniques to tell compelling stories that highlight key findings, insights, and recommendations for optimization. * Custom Visuals and Templates: Develop and maintain custom visuals, templates, and standards to ensure consistency and clarity in reporting. * Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine visualizations to reflect changes in data, metrics, and business needs.
    • Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses to identify correlations, causations, and other relationships within data to provide actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the media buying, strategy, and creative teams to develop data-driven campaign strategies and optimize ongoing efforts.
    • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing processes for data validation, cleansing, and accuracy checks.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a media buying agency or marketing analytics environment.
    • Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI , or similar platforms. Ability to create interactive, user-friendly dashboards that communicate complex data insights effectively.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
    • Understanding of Statistics: Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
    • Experience with Data Aggregation: Ability to aggregate and manipulate large volumes of data from various sources, including digital media platforms, CRM systems, and third-party data providers.
    • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with machine learning algorithms and AI tools.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing and media buying concepts.
    • Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake (We use Snowflake).
