    Your Impact:

    The Data Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze data to help the organization make informed decisions, improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and manage risks. Using statistical tools to identify patterns and trends in data sets and present their findings in reports and visualizations. The Data Analyst will collaborate with other teams to improve processes and recommend system modifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Collection -Gather data from primary and secondary sources and prepare it for analysis; Run daily numbers

    Analyze Data - Use statistical tools to analyze data and assess its quality and meaning; Understand sales/revenue market share

    Identify patterns and trends - Look for patterns and trends in data sets and use critical thinking to draw conclusions; Review/Manage dashboards; Improve efficiency by identifying areas of inefficiency within operations and streamline processes, reduce costs and increase productivity

    Prepare reports - Prepare reports that communicate their findings to executive leadership; Generate reports from single or multiple systems; Create and update 90-day plans; Troubleshoot the reporting database and reports

    Collaborate with others - Work with team members and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and training needs

    Present findings - Present findings in a clear and compelling way, often using charts, graphs and spreadsheets; Train end-users on new reports and dashboards

    Process confidential data - Process confidential information and data according to company guidelines

    Provide quality assurance - Provide expertise to ensure the quality of the data

    Analyze website analytics - Evaluate data from various platforms to determine website successes and failures and share trends with Marketing.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Possess a solid foundation in statistics and a high level of practical experience with statistical software

    Advanced level of Excel/Sheets knowledge and skill

    Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness

    Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities

    Adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background

    Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights

    Demonstrated skill in problem solving

    Experience in working directly with or for Chief Officers

    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, mathematics, statistics, or other comparable discipline required

    3-5 years work related experience as a Data Analyst

    Professional Certification in Data Analytics a plus
