    Location: Remote. National Travel Required (up to 40%)

    Position Summary:

    Pillr Health is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst to support specialty pharmacy management by developing financial proformas for health system clients. This role bridges clinical pharmacy operations and financial modeling, enabling informed decision-making and sustainable growth in specialty pharmacy services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop customized financial proformas for health system clients evaluating specialty pharmacy programs
    • Analyze pharmacy claims, reimbursement rates, drug utilization, and payer mix to forecast revenue and cost scenarios
    • Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, finance teams, and client stakeholders to gather relevant data inputs
    • Integrate industry benchmarks and 340B program considerations into financial models
    • Present findings through dashboards, pivot tables, and visual reports tailored to executive audiences
    • Monitor and validate data accuracy across multiple sources including EHRs, charge masters, and wholesaler pricing
    • Support strategic planning initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA and 340B eligibility standards

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Pharmacy Administration, or related field (master's preferred)
    • 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in pharmacy or hospital systems a MUST
    • Experience with 340B program drug pricing, operations and specialty drug distribution models
    • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and financial modeling tools
    • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, reimbursement structures, and payer dynamics
    • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
    • Knowledge of accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC) is a plus.
    • Preferred advanced degree (PharmD, JD, MPH, MHA, or related); dual degrees strongly preferred.
