Key Responsibilities:
- Report Development:
- Design and create detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), marketing effectiveness, and lead quality.
- Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline data reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Customize reports based on stakeholder needs, ensuring clarity and relevance of data presented.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform report development and business strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support specific reporting requests and business objectives.
- Data Management:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
- Develop data processing workflows to prepare data for reporting purposes and maintain data integrity.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on report findings to support data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to build and maintain reports.
- Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create user-friendly and visually appealing reports.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing reports, making improvements as necessary to enhance their value and accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science or equivalent experience, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with a strong emphasis on report development and data visualization.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and report automation.
- Excellent skills in creating and presenting reports that clearly convey data insights and support business objectives.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Additional Attributes:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics is a plus.
