    We are looking for a talented Data Analyst (who lives in Wisconsin) to join our technical data team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing reports using Microsoft Power BI, gathering technical requirements from business stakeholders, data modeling, and Power BI administration and support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. • Gather and analyze technical requirements from business analysts and business stakeholders. • Perform data modeling to support business decision-making processes and reporting. • Administer and provide support for Power BI, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights. • Assist in the design and implementation of data strategies and supporting solutions. • Participate in data governance implementation and maintenance activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in developing reports using Microsoft Power BI or like data visualization tool • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices. • Excellent communication skills to gather and interpret technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders. • Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages. • Experience in Power BI (or like tool) administration and support. • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 yr based on experience
