Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven ERP/CRM Optimization & AI Automation Lead to spearhead the integration of AI technologies, drive operational efficiency, and support revenue growth through intelligent systems and data-driven strategies. This role will bridge the gap between technology and business needs, leading initiatives that modernize our ERP and CRM platforms, implement AI solutions, and unlock insights that improve performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Automation & Integration: Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions to automate business workflows, improve customer engagement, and streamline internal processes.
ERP/CRM Optimization: Evaluate, configure, and enhance our ERP and CRM systems to support business growth, user experience, and data integrity.
Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze business, sales, and operational data to identify trends, forecast growth opportunities, and recommend performance improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to align digital systems with business objectives and ensure the seamless adoption of processes.
Digital Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement intelligent automation to reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and increase team productivity.
System Training & Governance: Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices for ERP and CRM systems to ensure strong adoption and data governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
4+ years of experience working with ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) platforms
Experience leading AI/automation projects with measurable impact
Strong knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and process mapping
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); knowledge of Python or R is a plus
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of granite, stone fabrication, or similar manufacturing processes.
Understanding of supply chain and logistics in the construction industry.
Experience implementing or supporting AI initiatives in a business environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: 100% In-Office - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required based on project needs)
Compensation: $52,000–$60,000 depending on experience
