Responsibilities:
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across various systems.
Support quality management initiatives through statistical analysis and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders on quality metrics.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
