Data Bridge Consultants is a sales business where success depends on both timing and relationships. Make at least 200 plus targeted prospecting telephone calls each week and you’ll find yourself in the right place at the right time, securing new recruiting business. Add emails and InMails where you seek to build relationships with key hiring managers and you will lay the foundation for a rich, long term career in search and staffing. At Data Bridge, you’ll work closely with the firm’s Director of Operations and Performance and also our President as a critical player who proactively prospects and develop new client relationships. We’d love to have you on site in our corporate office in downtown Charlotte, NC but will absolutely consider superstar sales professionals for remote roles.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Research and develop targeted lists of business development prospects using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry and trade associations and websites
- Develop and execute daily business development plan to connect with new client companies
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients using persistence and professionalism
- Daily database management (add new client companies and document conversations) using PCRecruiter CRM
- Partner with clients to understand both urgent and strategic needs for permanent or contract roles
- Make it your mission to develop a solid understanding of the various roles we recruit
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current B2B/ Business to Business Sales/ Business Development sales experience
- Inside sales experience (telephone sales, cold calling, call center, canvassing)
- Proficiency with any ATS/CRM, Outlook, LinkedIn, Excel/ Google Docs, Microsoft Office
- Previous research experience with tools such as ZoomInfo etc.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to generate at least 200 targeted new business development calls weekly
- Positive attitude with a commitment to integrity
