This role will support our dynamic nationwide staffing platform in both permanent and contract roles, in addition to partnering with clients to successfully fill their opportunities. This role will build relationships in the nationwide, with the primary responsibility to source and work on specific searches, ultimately building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. This role works for an amazing team with a dynamic leader and offers unlimited compensation and growth potential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Direct sourcing and networking of candidates in nationwide and partnering with a wide variety of clients.
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Research target companies and industries to source top talent and constantly pursue market opportunities in the Charlotte area.
• Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, complex Internet searches, research and cold calling.
• Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and through employee referrals.
• Interview candidates, both in person and by phone, for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs and basic qualifications with the goal of building a long-term relationship.
• Maintain communication with candidates through interview process.
• Partner with clients to fill their needs and successfully solve their problems.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
• Proficiency with any ATS/CRM, LinkedIn and Zoominfo.
• Agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Individuals should have an upbeat, energetic personality and NOT be afraid of challenges.
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable using a variety of search strategies and working on a wide variety of positions.
• Candidates should be excited about agency recruiting and unlimited income potential.
