JOB DESCRIPTION Our firm is seeking to hire an experienced TRIAL ATTORNEY to join their NYC Litigation team in the defence of commercial auto cases throughout the 5 boroughs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-10 years of experience
• Proven track record of at least 5 years pre-Covid trial experience in the defence of auto cases, and strong references
• Self-Starter
• Capable of independently managing a caseload from pretrial motions, motions in limine, trial prep and trials
• Absent an exemption required by law, each employee is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at our firm. Therefore, we encourage working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm’s guidelines.
