Job Description
** Required Skills**
- Hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, Hardware Technician, or similar role.
- Strong experience with server/hardware replacement and hardware swaps.
- Proven break/fix and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working with rack-mounted and/or blade servers.
- Knowledge of server components including HDD/SSD, RAM/DIMM, PSU, CPU, motherboard, NIC, fans, and RAID.
- Experience with rack & stack, cabling, labeling, and equipment installation/removal.
- Ability to read and follow technical procedures and hardware documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced data center environment.
